Al Boyd seeking re-election as RAC Section Manager - Ontario North

Greetings Northern Ontario Field Services Members;
First of all hello to everyone and I hope you all are doing well. I must start by apologizing to all you of not keeping in better contact with you all over the past few years. As your Section Manager even though I was only a call away I should have made better effort to call each of you and see how things were going. I want you all to know that I personally want to thank each of you for the great work you do each and every day for RAC and Ontario North Section. You have all placed us on the map with your continued successes.
Now my pitch - as you will see in the latest TCA my term As Section Manager is up at the end of October. I have let RAC know my intentions are to run again for the position. In my personal life I plan on retiring in 2015 after 35 years of service with the OPP. This will a lot me more time to spend on the hobby I love so much and hopefully to serve you better.
I am asking for your support again and only if you have time I have enclosed a ballot form that I require signed. I need signatures of valid RAC members with name, call sign, address, RAC membership number and expiry date. If you know any members in your area that would be interested in signing could I please ask you to canvass anyone that would be interested and mail the form back to me.
They won't take photocopies or scanned documents they want the original signatures. I have to submit this by the end of December so if I could have the forms back by mid December that would be great. Even if I just get your signature that would be great as I require 10 minimum however the more the better.
Also should you choose not to do this I fully understand and will not be offended at all and if you wish to run against me that is great too as you all deserve the position too. Again I thank you all for the great work and if reelected I look forward to assisting and working with you all again in the coming years.
