HF Communications Software for ARES

Link to RMS Express (successor to Winlink software).
This allows digital exchange of ares messaging on HF with a sound card interface (using WINMOR) instead of a high priced pactor hardware interface.
Both the client software (RMS Express) and the WINMOR sound card interface program are available from the download area of the site. Also available are a few .pdf's on setup, configuration and use of the software.
