KANNEGIESSER, Herbert Paul - Passed away peacefully at the Westbury Long-term Care Residence in Toronto on Oct 18, 2013 at age 97. Loving father of Mark and wife Jill, and grand-daughter Loren and husband Chris Scott. Also survived by sisters Dorothy Lalande and Molly Zufelt of North Bay and many favourite nieces and nephews. Ashes to be privately interred at Terrace Lawn Cemetery in North Bay. Herb made many friends during his life in North Bay. His great enjoyments were family, ham radio and electronics, politics, reading, and music. He played golf and as a young man pitched for the CPR Pirates men's baseball team. In the extra innings of his life he enjoyed living at Castle Arms (North Bay) and then recently in Toronto and will be missed by all
