2020 Run off the Grid Update

Hello Everyone;

During the final preparation for Run Off the Grid this year, the organizers have determined that they need to limit
not only participants but volunteers on site.

As a result they have asked us to limit our participation to 5 volunteers this year.

The first five people to respond are:

At the organizers request we will limit our participation to these people this year.

We will also forego the Tim's meeting and head directly to the site to meet there at 8:00 for setup. The race kicks off at 09:00,
so that should be enough time to set up our tent and arrange our paperwork. Remember to bring a lunch and all supplies
that you might need for the day. I have made arrangements for the club radio, and will charge up the loaner portables.
