Nets: 80M net still running well. Generally 8-10 check-ins.

Repeaters: All running normally (Clocks still drifting).

Echolink/IRLP: Still working normally.

Website: Minor interruption last week but otherwise running well.

ARES: Not much happening.

Hoping everyone has a Safe, Healthy and Happy New Year.

Our January meeting is next week, Wednesday January 9th at 1930ET at the OPP Comm Centre on Gormanville Rd. Doors open about 1915ET depending on dinner.

We are going to enjoy fine dining at Swiss Chalet on Algonquin at 1800ET. Come out and enjoy a nice dinner and a great eyeball.

2012, the amateur radio community in Ontario has raised questions

1212 Christmas Party 2012 Report

Thursday December 6th was the NBARC Christmas Party. It was held at King's Buffet. We gathered at 1800ET and dining started about 1830ET. There were between 22 and 24 hams, spouses, kids and guests. We all had a great time.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy and Safe New Year.

Speaking of the new year the NBARC January meeting (the first meeting of 2013) will be held Wednesday January 9th, 2013 at the OPP COMM Centre on Gormanvile Rd at 1930ET. Doors open about 1915ET depending on when we finish dinner. Stand by for the location of dinner in the next reminder.

2013 Dues are Due

The 2013 dues are due. These are payable anytime you see me. You can pay them at the Christmas Party next week.

The Dues for RAC members is $20.00

The dues for Non RAC members is $30.00.

I will have my receipt book at the Christmas Party.

Come out and enjoy the fellowship of the Christmas Party and pay your dues. What could be more Christmasy than that.
