Called to order at 1930ET
Correspondence; Presence requested at Mattawa Canoe Race. July 25th 2015.
Presence requested at SITP.
Treasurer; nil
New hams/members; nil
Repeaters; Still working well and time is correct. Should have clean up day/paint day at repeater shack.
80 M net; 6-10 check-ins
ARES; Trailer out last meeting.
HAMFEST; Dayton Hamvention. Chris bought stuff. Lots of kits/home brew etc. Had a good time.
RAC; New website wp.rac.ca . All working. Still moving content. RAC scholarships published. See the website for more.
Old Business; CANWARN 20+ participants. Good session. Trillium Grant. Webpage is back but it is more community oriented vs emergency response.
Discussion followed on current trailer. Motion to dispose of current trailer. Bill Gibson/Chris May carried.
Patrick 4 Life. New coordinator this year. Only thing different this year was to relay bib numbers to the announcer. Could have used a few more hams. Went well.
Membership; Discussion as to why NBARC membership is low. Chris volunteered to work on NBARC social media presence. Committee to be formed in September to work on club renewal.
Events; Triathalon June 28th 2015. Need 6 volunteers.
Mattawa Canoe Race. July 25th, 2015. Need 8 volunteers. Motion to experiment by renting a trailer for the Mattawa Canoe Race to a maximum of $200.00. Chris May/Dan Pearce. Carried. Bill Gibson to look into trailer.
No LOTR this year.
Run off the Grid and Hospital Run this fall.
Sudbury Hamfest possibly this year. Still awaiting info.
