Called to order 1930ET.

New Hams: nil

Treasurer: nil

Correspondance: nil

80M net: running normally.

Repeaters: Working well.

IRLP/Echolink: IRLP appears to be having connection problems. If you get the timeout message please try connecting to 9990 the test reflector. If the test reflector works the problem is probably on the other end.

ARES: There was an update ot the community emergency plan.

Hamfests: HAM-EX in Brampton March 19th, 2016.

Contest Club: nil

Field Day: Only 7 bodies have voted. Going to let the poll run for another month until the April meeting. PLEASE vote on the website and let us know if you are interested. Still looking for an operating site.  

RAC: Paul gave an update. Check the website for more.

Events: Hospice Walk. Nothing new. Run off the Grid we have accepted. Triathalon, and Mattawa Canoe Race should be going.

Old Business: nil

New Business: Grab and Go Box. Moved by Dan Spend up to $1200.00 to spend on a Grab and Go box setup. Seconded Howard. Carried. Drew abd Bill to obtain.
Coffee at the meeting. We are going to try at the April meeting bringing in coffee. Moved by Drew. Seconded by Bill. Carried.
