Called to order at 1930ET.

Treasurer; Balance $3942.57. $30.00 petty cash. $50.00 from Serenity Hospice.

Correspondence; Patrick 4 Life. June 5, 2016. Mattawa Canoe Race July 23, 2016, Emergency Services Open House May 28, 2016 1100-1400ET.

NET; 80M conditions were bad. Few check-ins.

Repeaters; Working OK. IRLP was down for a while. Clocks are working well.

ARES; Emergency Services Open House.

Hamfests; Parry Sound August 13, 2016, Dayton May long weekend. See RAC for more. http://rac.eton.ca/events/upcoming.php

RAC; Currently looking for a new treasurer. Looking for feedback on the constitution. Paul gave a report.

Old Business; Lori gave a report on the Serenity Hospice walk. About 400 participants and 100 volunteers.
Raised approximately $56,000.00. Discussion followed. Dan VE3YUI is donating a speaker to the G&G Box.
Not doing Field Day officially this year.
