Called to order at 1936ET

Treasurer report; $3997.87.

Correspondance; Letter from Al Boyd. VE3AJB re nomination for RAC director. $100.00 for Triathlon.

New Hams; nil

Nets; 80M net still Sunday 0900ET 3768kHz. 8-10 checkins.

Repeaters; Working well.

ARES; Ontario SET October 8th, 2016. Secondary date October 5th 2016.

Fleamarket; Parry Sound. Weather not good. Good event but lightly attended. Coming up.CARP this weekend. Markham in November.

Events; Run off the Grid has been cancelled this year. Next event is the Hospital Walk/Run October 8th, 2016.

Old Business; Insurance get organized for the end of October. Restaurant for Christmas Party. Last year at Wacky Wings was good but the parkiinng lot was a concern. We need suggestions for this year.

Contest Club; Ken is planning on having an antenna party in the next few weeks.

New Business; Dues are due now. $20.00 for RAC members. $30.00 for non-RAC members.
