In Attendance: VA3PC, VA3BDR, VA3WAC, VE3TGI, VE3DLL, VE3YUI, VE3XKB, VE3YO
Treasurer's Report: Bank $3984.12, Petty Cash $182.
Correspondence: Al Boyd director nomination paperwork, Request from Our Hospital Walk/Run for comms assistance on Sunday Oct 16th.
New Hams: NIL
Nets: 80m 7-8 checkins
Repeaters: Controller upgrade available, but probably not required as existing controllers are working fine.
ARES: SET was last weekend, no local participation.
Fleamarket: Next one in November. Markham.
Events: Last one of the year is next weekend (see above - correspondence). Our Hospital Walk/Run. VE3YO, VA3PC, VA3BDR and possibly VE3DLL will be available.
Old Business: Insurance forms due end of October. Memberships still being accepted. Discussion re Christmas Party. Dan will contact Shriner's Club re menu/pricing. Poll put on website for preferred date (Dec 8th or 15th) Please leave comments if you have another proposed date. Poll closes in 3 weeks.
Contest Club: VA3SK is still planning an antenna work party prior to CQWW SSB at end of October.
