Called to order at 1935ET
Treasurer; deposited $184.00 Dues Due. RAC members $20.00. non-RAC members $30.00 Aprx $4150.00 in the bank.
Correspondance; Al VE3AJB thanked for the nomination papers. Director for N+E for the next 2 years.
Events; Hospital walk/run went well. Nobody got lost.
Christmas Party. Dec 15th. 2016. 1730ET Shrine Club. 1260 Brooks Street. Buffet style. Cost in the $20-$22 range. Please email responses to nbarc@ve3nbc.ca by Dec 7th with number attending.
New Hams; nil
Net; 80M running as per normal. Conditions poor.
Repeaters; Running well. Need to paint the VE3NFM shack in the spring.
ARES; Some traffic re hurricane season. Now over.
Fleamarket; Markham Nov 5th. Reported as good.
Old Business; insurance forms have been submitted.
Contest Club; nil
New Business; Should draw up a document which outlines our responsibility, duties and knowledge at events. Bill VE3TGI will start the process.
