Called to order at 1934ET.

Introductions

Treasurer report: $4221.62 in bank. Aprx $53.00 in petty cash.

Correspondance; Heard from the Hospice Run and SItP. Club info on the RAC website has been updated.

Events; Hospice walk May 7th, 2017. Aprx 1100ET-1300ET. Moved to accept VE3MAF. Seconded VE3XKB. Lori to supply more info and times later.

Lori is doing an edible plants talk in Laurier Woods May 27th 2017. Meet at the end of Brule Street. 1000ET - 1200ET

Looks like Run off the Grid will be back on this year. September 30th, 2017. More to follow.
