Treasurer: Chris is taking over as treasurer.
Correspondance: Donation from Kiwanis Club.
New Hams: nil
Nets: 80M still running Sunday 0900ET 3768kHz.
Repeaters: Nothinng New
ARES: Got a note about a possible Northern Ontario SET. Paul will have more when it becomes available.
Hamfests: Nothing new
Events: Nothing upcoming.
Old Business: The NBARC Christmas Party is Dec 7th. 2017. at Shrine Club. 1260 Brooks Street. Very easy handicapped access. Roast Beef dinner with trimmings, pie coffee and tea for dessert. Approximately $25.00. Doors open at 18:00 - Cash bar. Let us know if you are attending and how many. Please send an email to ve3nbc@ve3nbc.ca.
Bill is ordering 12 vests.
RAC insurance papers were submitted. The North Bay Mattawa Conservation Authority was added as a named insured.
New Business: Bruce is getting rid of his ham equipment. Paul is doing an inventory. The list will be posted when ready. Club members will have first chance.
