Attendance: VA3PC, VE3MAF, VA3NBH, VA3JGH, VE3TGI, VE3YUI, VE3KLX, VE3YO, VE3DLL, VE3LOR, VE3GMG,

Called to order at 1937ET

Correspondance: RAC Insurance is due.

Events: Hospital Walk/Run. Went well. 22 for the 6K. ROTG Went well. Approximately 150 participants. Food was good.

Repeaters: Appear to be working well.

HF Net: 3768kHz 0900ET Sunday mornings. 6-8 check-ins.

ARES: SET Saturday Ocrober 12, 2019. Check-in on the repeater 0915ET-0930ET with location and callsign. Paul and John VE3VGI playing with Winlink passing messages.

New Business: Christmas Party. Poll on the website for dates. December 5, 12, 19 2019. http://www.ve3nbc.ca/node/1668. Choices are Loi's, Look-out. For 20 the Look-out will do a menu. Kelly will look into Tiny Italy in Callander.

Treasurer: Enough to pay for the RAC insurance.

Contest Club: No word from Ken re antenna work.

Old Business: Kelly gave a presentation on her trip to NASA Goddard Space Centre.
