VE3ERX Troubles

VE3ERX has been acting up the past few weeks, and I've been attending the site troubleshooting. At first I thought it might have been a receiver problem, but when attending the site this afternoon, I discovered that the receiver and controller are working fine.
I could not hear the exciter even when in the repeater shelter, which leads me to believe its either the channel element causing the issue, or the exciter board itself. I am gathering parts tonight and hope to re-visit the site tomorrow to troubleshoot further.
I'll let you know how I make out.
The repeater is off the air until repairs are made.
