I've received an e-mail from Peter Kimbell of Environment Canada. The 2013 CANWARN training is tentatively scheduled for Friday, May 31st. Exact time and location (likely the Library or the OPP PCC) to be determined.Mr. Kimbell has a very full schedule this spring and is pretty much only available on the Friday evening.
