We have arranged the Christmas Party to be at the same venue as last year - Guido and Arlenes on Trout Lake Road .
The menu (and cost) will be similar. The only wrinkle this year is that to have the party exclusive to our group (no other patrons),
we have to move to a Tuesday night. Please log into the website and choose your date - Dec 2nd, Dec 9th, or no preference.
You can add a comment with how many in your group will be attending to give a rough idea of numbers for the restaurant.
Thanks in advance - Paul VA3PC for the Executive.
Just a quick reminder about The NBARC November 12th, 2014. It is tonight, Wednesday November 12th, 2014 at the OPP RHQ Community Boardroom - 911A Gormanville Rd. North Bay. The doors will open about 1915ET (dependent upon when we finish dinner). Here is how to get there if you need it. http://www.ve3nbc.ca/content/meeting-location-2013.
I forgot to mention the NBARC Mission Statement as a requirement for the Ontario Trillium Fund (OTF). The mission statement should describe.....
Who we are.
What we do.
Where we are going. (What are our goals).
We would like all members to think about this and come up with three words to describe the above for our November 12, 2014. We will then have a brainstorming session and begin to develop the NBARC Mission Statement.

Here is the revised Trillium Committee Mission Statement.
To successfully develop the necessary documentation to apply for funding from the Trillium Foundation by utilizing all available resources and support agencies, which will allow the NBARC to facilitate the acquisition, modifications, necessary equipment, and the operation of a communication trailer. The procurement, the design, and the implementation of such trailer to be in accordance with the prescribed direction, and commitment of the membership of the NBARC.
When Doug researched further about the application process for the Ontario Trillium Fund (OTF) grant he discovered that we must register before filling out the application form. We can't even view the form to see what is required before we register.
