We have tentatively booked the Shrine Club (Thanks to Dan, VE3DLL) for our Christmas Party.

We are looking at the first week of December, on either the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening.
Dinner will be the same as last year, Roast Beef with all the trimmings. Cost around $25.
As usual we will be accepting donations for the Santa Fund.

Kelly VE3KLX has offered to opportunity of another high altitude balloon flight for club members. This is just for fun. The plan now is to send up two cameras and possibly a temperature probe along with whatever other payload is required.
Flights are dependant on weather and winds, as the hope is to launch and recover the balloon without having to drive hundreds of kilometres to do so.

We're going to place an order for a few more of the blue reflective vests that many of us have. Same supplier as last time, however we're going to get them to silk screen the word "RADIO" in white on the lower portion of the back panel.
Vests are one size but Velcro adjustable to fit most shapes and sizes.
Cost, including silk screening and taxes and shipping is expected to be $25/ea.
