The NBARC Christmas Party is Dec 15th. 2016. at Shrine Club. 1260 Brooks Street. Very easy handicapped access. No runaway walkers this year.

Roast Beef dinner with trimmings, pie coffee and tea for dessert. $23. Buffet style

Doors open at 18:00 - Cash bar.

Treasurer; deposited $184.00 Dues Due. RAC members $20.00. non-RAC members $30.00 Aprx $4150.00 in the bank.
Correspondance; Al VE3AJB thanked for the nomination papers. Director for N+E for the next 2 years.
Events; Hospital walk/run went well. Nobody got lost.

Treasurer's Report: Bank $3984.12, Petty Cash $182.
Correspondence: Al Boyd director nomination paperwork, Request from Our Hospital Walk/Run for comms assistance on Sunday Oct 16th.

Nets: 80m 7-8 checkins
Repeaters: Controller upgrade available, but probably not required as existing controllers are working fine.
ARES: SET was last weekend, no local participation.
Fleamarket: Next one in November. Markham.
